Your eyes reminded me of a dream,
A dream that I saw long ago,
I wished someone would hold my hand,
And prayed that he'd never go,

You brought back the love,
You brought in the hope,
You asked me to hold on,
And promised that you'll never go...
Was this love?
Yes, it was...

With every little piece of music,
I construed an image of ours,
Holding hands, Loving endlessly,
Growing old in your arms...

Yes, it was...

Today I feel,
No words are left,
I want you to read my eyes,
And feel the bright twinkle in them,
Is this love?
Yes, it is...

I sense revival,
I feel your love,
I feel thy blessings,

The 'Darling Of Poetry'...

Finally, after a lot of thinking and speculating, I have decided to go ahead with this new blog of mine exclusively for poetry!

It has not been very long since I tried my hand at poetry. I still remember my first poem...and that day Vinu told me, "Artz you are the Darling Of Poetry". :)
Since then, he has taught me how to make my poems better, he taught me Acrostics, Loops... and I recently learnt Haiku and Acrostic Decasyllable Quatrain. Its gives me a lot of happiness when I try all those new things that I never even dreamt of trying.

Guys, keep coming to this blog regularly... Darling of Poetry (Dop) is going to getter better with each day! :)
